The Perfect Medical Transcriptionist

As a physician specializing in language, we are responsible for the accuracy and professionalism of the medical report of the patient. Is there such a thing as the perfect MT? I say ago, and as owner of a successful MT several companies, I can tell you exactly what employers are looking like me. When we think of the perfect MT (medical transcriptionist), several things come to mind.
